At this really stressful time of quarantine, this has been a pleasure to work on. It's meditative in a way, to select each shape and charge the colors in. How freeing it is to work on small pieces at a time, not having to complete or comprehend the whole process at once. As the small pieces of color join together bit by bit, a story and feeling emerge on their own. What a gift color and painting are for soothing the soul and sharing beauty with those we love.
